Being a fan of desserts, deciding on Strawberry Forever among the vast array of restaurants in the Harbor City wasn't too difficult (I remember that it was walking all the way there that was grueling). It helps that the café was a feast for our girly eyes.
First, to the negative: The waiters weren’t at all welcoming. We were served by the manager (strangely), who noisily placed the utensils in the table in the manner of pagdadabog and who took our orders in haste (and forgot one as well). We thought something about us being foreigners or young (and somewhat likely to be loud) irked him, but looking around at how he waited on the other customers, we realized that he really is just an ill-mannered man (or given the benefit of the doubt – having a very bad day).
Now, to the positive: The place is beautiful. A piece of advice: if you’re going to eat at Strawberry forever, do not be attracted by the nice seats and lovely chandeliers near the entrance. The scenic view of the harbor at the back is absolutely stunning. It’s a perfect spot for repose after a long day of shopping at the Harbor City. The desserts are heavenly. If you’re not a fan of Strawberry, that’s all right – they have a wide selection of desserts and I’m sure you’ll find one that suits your taste buds best. The main dishes are not bad, either. We are supposedly only having merienda, but the mouth-watering images in the menu drew us in further. And we did not regret it.

Don't judge. I'm not sure whether this is from Strawberry Forever cafe or the neighboring sweets shop haha |
